Cheryl Tarateta

Doctor of Chiropractic

 

Dr. Cheryl Tarateta earned her Doctor of Chiropractic from National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, IL.  She graduated Cum Laude and was in the top 5 of her class.  She is licensed in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.  She currently lives in Rhode Island with her 2 dogs, Biski and Tali.

 

 

Dr. Cheryl is a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic, certified in Animal Chiropractic by the International Veterinary Chiropractic Association after attending Options for Animals College of Animal Chiropractic in Kansas. She works in conjunction with traditional veterinary medicine to improve the health, performance and overall well-being of animals. Her extensive canine background including owning, training and showing dogs in agility, flyball, Frisbee, and earthdog is what sets her apart in the field of Animal Chiropractic. She has over fifteen years of experience with all types and temperaments of dogs. She has worked closely with several canine rehabilitation centers in Massachusetts. In addition to working with dogs, Dr. Cheryl has experience with cats, rabbits, chickens, geese, guinea pigs, goats and horses.

 

In addition Dr. Cheryl is a certified canine trigger point myotherapist.  She obtained her certification at Equi-Myo in Connecticut in 1999.  She has been working with dogs since then.
